Dave Gaudet presents Intelligence artificielle

The career of Dave Gaudet, a comedian known for his boundless energy and charisma, has been on the rise since the pandemic. His latest show, “La Légende”, sold nearly 50,000 tickets, and his tour concluded on April 12, 2025, in Laval at Place Bell. This makes him the first Quebec comedian to have performed his show in this arena. At the end of the April 12 performance, he will announce his new show, IA (Artificial Intelligence), a concept that aligns perfectly with his creativity and his grandiosity. Once again, a unique show. The legend is only just beginning to take shape. Again.

Dave Gaudet

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, on May 26, 1983, Dave Gaudet took the stage for the first time at age 13 with a comedy show performed at his high school. After pursuing hip-hop dance, theater, drama, and improv, he presented his first professional show at Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club in 1999. A bilingual comedian, he went on to perform across Canada.

Throughout his career, Dave Gaudet has shared the stage with many of the biggest names in Quebec comedy, including Sugar Sammy, Louis-José Houde, Patrick Groulx, Michel Barrette, Mike Ward, Rachid Badouri, Cathy Gauthier, Sylvain Larocque, Réal Béland, Maxim Martin, and Dominic Paquet. He has also participated in numerous comedy festivals and events, including Zoofest, the Just for Laughs Festival, the Timmins Comedy Festival, and the Alma Comedy Festival, where he served as host in 2019.

In addition to his solo shows, he hosts several comedy series, including the Franglo Comedy Show, Lip Sync Battle, Zone Confort, and Les Roasts. On television, he has made numerous appearances on shows such as En route vers mon premier Gala, La Relève Juste pour rire, Grand Rire Comédie Club, D’un rire à l’autre, and Trait d’humour. In 2012, he ranked among the Top 50 on Canada’s Got Talent.

With a career spanning more than 24 years, Dave Gaudet has performed on stage over 3,000 times, appeared in some 30 television recordings, and been featured four times in the “Best of” compilations of the Grand Rire de Québec.

Nick Lavoie

After six years opening for Dave Gaudet at Quebec’s biggest venues, Nick Lavoie is ready to go! In this debut show, he shares his daily life with disarming honesty and a keen eye for detail.

Between anecdotes from his life, the little awkward moments of daily life, and the (inevitable) comparisons to his much more famous girlfriend, Nick draws you into his world with infectious energy and laughter that’s never far away. A show that’s authentic, funny, and endlessly original! Nick Lavoie. Less famous than his girlfriend—but not for long!
