Katherine Levac, one of the leading comedians of her generation, is finally back on stage, much to our delight. Her first show, Velours, delighted audiences and critics alike, and her new show, Grosse, gave us an unfiltered window into her pregnancy with twins. Today, we find her true to form, sharp, sarcastic, cutting, with an offbeat take on our reality. Her deadpan, intelligent humor guarantees a successful evening.

La Slague's Evolution

La Slague was established in 1964 by the Centre des jeunes de Sudbury. After many years of success, La Slague went dormant, and then reappeared for a time in the mid-1980s as a community-based volunteer organization. With La Slague’s renaissance in 2006 as part of the Carrefour francophone, a third generation of concert promotion activities was afoot.
