The Slague’s 2022-2023 season comes to an end. We’ve had such a wonderful time with you, that we wanted to take the time to look back on this incredible season in photos!
It all started at the launch…remember our season launch at the Bistro with Martine Fortin, Aurel and Stef Paquette?
We kicked off the season with a barbecue, your good company and performances that promised a great season!

[….] I’ve just finished my solo performance at Sudbury’s brand-new building: Place des Arts. In the quiet night, I look at the moon and smile as I think back to the role I played, the time the stars aligned and a great love story was born, in Sudbury.
–Vincent Vallières on Sudbury, and his friendship with Éric Robitaille and Mireille Ménard.

A long-awaited show after its two unexpected postponements, but well worth the wait. With an impressive operatic voice, the audience was also charmed by Marc Hervieux’s jokes and sense of humor. In four words: a show to remember.
Our second festival of the season kicked off with the grand finale of Radio-Chaud, an event organized by the Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord to showcase the talent of young musicians. Étienne Fletcher, featured artist at The 9th Nuit émergente, spent the week with the young musicians, giving them invaluable advice on increasing their stage presence.
The following day, the 9th edition of Nuit émergente kicked off with a memorable double bill: McLean, followed by Étienne Fletcher.
